Strawberry Jam

1 kg of strawberries

4 cups of sugar (I used caster)

1 - 2 green apples

1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice


1Wash and roughly chop strawberries and apple (skin on).

2Combine all ingredients in SC and cook on high for 4 hrs (no lid).

3Blend and cool slightly. Pour into jars, cool, refrigerate. Done :)

Excellent, do you have a recipe for apricot jam, I find this the hardest jam to make
