- 1 kg of strawberries
- 4 cups of sugar (I used caster)
- 1 - 2 green apples
- 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
- Wash and roughly chop strawberries and apple (skin on).
- Combine all ingredients in SC and cook on high for 4 hrs (no lid).
- Blend and cool slightly. Pour into jars, cool, refrigerate. Done 🙂
