Chicken & Vegetable Dinner for 2
Chicken and vegetables with a yummy chicken gravy
Equipment
- 1.5L slow cooker
Ingredients
- 2 large chicken drumsticks
- 2 medium potatoes, chopped into chunks
- 1 cup chopped pumpkin pieces
- 1 cup baby brussels sprouts
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 serve Continental Sensations Cream of roasted chicken & spring onion cup of soup with croutons
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 heaped tsp Gravox Chicken gravy powder
Instructions
- Place vegetables into slow cooker with garlic.
- Lay chicken on top and sprinkle with dry soup mix sachet and pour over water.
- Cook on low for 4.5hrs
- Dish up the meat and veg, then put a heaped teaspoon of gravy powder into the remaining liquid to thicken and form the gravy. Spoon gravy over the top of your meal and enjoy 🙂
