Loved these. Both my fussy children devoured them. Served them with mash and vegies. Hubby also had a double serving. Great recipe.

Omg this recipe is truly one of the best for pork chops i have ever tried. It was just full of flavor even the kids loved it so one happy mummy!! Also just a tip for you with regards to browning/searing the chops well I didn’t do this as I wanted to just throw everything in at once. Basically I ended up cooking them on high for 6 hours and it was perfect even the meat was Browned on top and on the sides like as if I cooked it in a pan but yet the meat was so soft was falling of the bone.

Sooooo good! Plates licked clean. Didn’t have any cream of chicken soup though, made up a sachet of chicken noodle soup with 1 cup of water, then half hour before serving mixed in a touch of cornflour and cooking cream
