Omg this recipe is truly one of the best for pork chops i have ever tried. It was just full of flavor even the kids loved it so one happy mummy!! Also just a tip for you with regards to browning/searing the chops well I didn’t do this as I wanted to just throw everything in at once. Basically I ended up cooking them on high for 6 hours and it was perfect even the meat was Browned on top and on the sides like as if I cooked it in a pan but yet the meat was so soft was falling of the bone.

  3. Loved these. Both my fussy children devoured them. Served them with mash and vegies. Hubby also had a double serving. Great recipe.

  4. I didn’t have mushrooms and I didn’t brown meat just seasoned chops and put the rest in the slow cooker .OMG amazing ?

  5. Sooooo good! Plates licked clean. Didn’t have any cream of chicken soup though, made up a sachet of chicken noodle soup with 1 cup of water, then half hour before serving mixed in a touch of cornflour and cooking cream

I used condensed soups and did not add mushrooms. I think I will try the normal “Cream Of” soups next time. I also used a 2.5 kg Pork Shoulder roast and cut it into steak size portions, which still left plenty of gravy. Pretty darn good.

  7. Made this today, a big hit with the family! I added a full TSP of paprika and garlic, everything else as per recipe. Will definitely make again.

  8. I hadn’t found a pork recipe that I enjoyed in the slow cooker until I cooked this. Yum! Meat was super tender and sauce was delicious.

Surprisingly good, I only had two pork shoulder chops so I used a Cup of Soup pkt for the cream of mushroom soup and chicken soup and added long life cream. Definitely make again.

I tried this recipe tonight for the first time and it was a real success. Even my fussy kids ate it! I didn’t brown the meat first but it still was delicious and tender

    Great recipe.
I used 1.6 kg of forequarter pork chops, seared in SC locking in all the flavours. I didn’t have any mushrooms but that didn’t matter.
Thickened with cornflour at the end, with extra large amount of gravy to go round!
