Quite a sweet curry can substitute chicken for beef and coconut milk for Greek yogurt if preferred.

1 kg chicken drumsticks
1 potato diced
1 onion diced
1 cup diced pumkin
1 400ml coconut cream
1/2 jar massaman curry paste
1/2 block of frozen spinach
Salt n pepper to taste
1Brown chicken in large fry pan (optional) and place in slow cooker.
2Fry off onion add potato and pumpkin and cook for 2 minutes.
3Turn heat down and add massaman paste for 2 mins then stir through coconut milk and cook for another minute.
4Tip into slow cooker season with salt and pepper.
5Cook on low until 4-5 hrs until chicken falls off the bone.
6Pick out and discard bones.
730 mins before serving add spinach and stir through.
