"Pack A Punch" Bolognaise
A great way to enhance the good old bolognaise
Certainly "packs a punch" so if you can't handle the heat this is not for you
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 500g beef mince
- 3 Tbs tomato paste
- 1 x 800g tin tomatoes
- 1 x large onion diced
- 3 med. Tomatoes diced
- 6 long chiilies(3 red/3 green) diced seeds & all
- 6 garlic cloves crushed.....increase/decrease to your liking
- Salt/pepper to taste
Instructions
- Using my Breville 6 litre searing slowcooker on “gentle” sear I browned mince adding tomato paste a few minutes in then after a little longer added the onion & chillies then lastly the fresh tomato
- Once browned I added the tinned tomatoes with salt/pepper to taste
- Cook on low 4 hours
- Could lessen chilli amount if wanted~Seeds also optional
- Would work great with lamb or chicken mince too
- Serve with spaghetti

made this dish it was really nice i didn’t cook meat first i threw it all in the slow cooker to do its things
my kids enjoyed this dish yummy
