Directions
1Combine turkey mince, egg, seasonings and almond meal into a large mixing bowl and stir to combine well
2With clean hands roll into meatballs
3I made 25 small golf ball sized balls
4Add butter to searing slow cooker to lightly brown meatballs in
5Gently add meatballs once butter has melted
6Turn after 5mins being very careful not to break apart
7After another 5mins move to slow cooking setting (it's ok if not ever side of meatballs is browned)
8Combine cooking cream (it's a type of cream that resists splitting when heated) and garlic and pour over meatballs
9Slow cook on low for 1.5hrs with The Tea Towel Trick to prevent water dripping into cream
10- Low Carb Serving Options
11On carb free konjac spaghetti/noodles/angel hair
12On zucchini zoodles
13With a side salad
14With a plate of low carb vegetables
15Or even a few on their own with a dusting of crumbly cheese

In the recipe search box go to CATEGORY and choose LOW CARB … then you’ll get heaps all together in the low carb category

I made this it was very yummy ,almond meal was expensive so I used breadcrumbs, delicious.
