Ingredients
500g Turkey Mince
70g Flax Almond Baking Meal
1 egg
Cracked black pepper to taste or 1/2 - 1 tsp
All purpose seasoning 1/2 - 1 tsp
2 tsp butter
300ml cooking cream
1 tbsp minced garlic
Instructions
Combine turkey mince, egg, seasonings and almond meal into a large mixing bowl and stir to combine well
With clean hands roll into meatballs
I made 25 small golf ball sized balls
Add butter to searing slow cooker to lightly brown meatballs in
Gently add meatballs once butter has melted
Turn after 5mins being very careful not to break apart
After another 5mins move to slow cooking setting (it's ok if not ever side of meatballs is browned)
Combine cooking cream (it's a type of cream that resists splitting when heated) and garlic and pour over meatballs
Slow cook on low for 1.5hrs with
