Chilli chicken and potato carbonara (pasta free)
Serving: 5
Ingredients
- 1.5 kg chicken thighs
- Decent hand full bacon chopped
- 3 chillies
- Jar of carbonara sauce
- 2 teaspoons garlic
- Philly cream for cooking
- 1 large onion (sliced)
- 2 teaspoons of mixed herbs
- 8 washed baby potatoes
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cut baby washed potatoes in half, mix all ingredients except cream for cooking together.
- When adding the chillies, if you don't want to much heat, remove the seeds.
- Cook on low for 8-9 hours (based on my 4.5lt slow cooker).
- Add cream in the last hour.
- To thicken, I add a little corn flour and water paste.
- Enjoy
