1.5 kg chicken thighs

Decent hand full bacon chopped

3 chillies

Jar of carbonara sauce

2 teaspoons garlic

Philly cream for cooking

1 large onion (sliced)

2 teaspoons of mixed herbs

8 washed baby potatoes

Salt and pepper


1Cut baby washed potatoes in half, mix all ingredients except cream for cooking together.

2When adding the chillies, if you don't want to much heat, remove the seeds.

3Cook on low for 8-9 hours (based on my 4.5lt slow cooker).

4Add cream in the last hour.

5To thicken, I add a little corn flour and water paste.
