Ingredients
1.5 kg chicken thighs
Decent hand full bacon chopped
3 chillies
Jar of carbonara sauce
2 teaspoons garlic
Philly cream for cooking
1 large onion (sliced)
2 teaspoons of mixed herbs
8 washed baby potatoes
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Cut baby washed potatoes in half, mix all ingredients except cream for cooking together.
When adding the chillies, if you don't want to much heat, remove the seeds.
Cook on low for 8-9 hours (based on my 4.5lt slow cooker).
Add cream in the last hour.
To thicken, I add a little corn flour and water paste.
