1.6kgs boneless pork shoulder



1/4 blackberry jam

1/4 cup hoisin sauce

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup chicken stock

1 tbsp corn flour


1Throw it all all in the slow cooker on low.

28 hours later pork is ready to shred by pulling apart with two forks.

what is 1.6 kgs????

I would use a whole onion and garlic to your tastes eg 1-2 cloves
