Ingredients
 

  • 1.6kgs boneless pork shoulder
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • 1/4 blackberry jam
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp corn flour

Instructions
 

  • Throw it all all in the slow cooker on low.
  • 8 hours later pork is ready to shred by pulling apart with two forks.
