Ingredients
1.6kgs boneless pork shoulder
Onion
Garlic
1/4 blackberry jam
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 tbsp corn flour
Instructions
Throw it all all in the slow cooker on low.
8 hours later pork is ready to shred by pulling apart with two forks.
