Sausages with tomato
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 24 Sausages (large pack from Coles or Woolworths)
- 1 Large Onion (diced)
- 3 Cups mixed veggies (I use frozen)
- 3 Tins 410g of Crushed Tomatoes
- Rice (to serve with)
Instructions
- Sear Sausages in SC bowl or in frypan (you can get away without Searing sausages first, however this will amend the cooking time)
- cut sausages into bite size pieces (I cut 1 sausage into 5 pieces)
- Add the Onion, veggies and Tomatoes into SC, Cook on Low 4-6 hours or High 2-4 hours
- Serve on a bed of rice.

Very quick and easy meal to make. Very yummy. I only added one can of tomatoes, next time I will add some garlic, salt and pepper just to give it extra flavour.
