Ingredients

Pork shoulder

1/2 cup vegetable stock liquid

Salt

Olive oil

BBQ sauce

Rolls

Coleslaw

Directions

1Remove skin from pork

2Rub pork with oil and salt

3Add 1/2 cup of vegetable stock liquid to slow cooker

4Place pork in slow cooker

5Cook for 6-8 hours on high

6After 6-8 hours shred pork with fork

7drain liquid

8Add BBQ sauce however much you like

9Cook skin in oven, rub with salt and oil

10Serve on rolls with coleslaw
