BBQ pulled pork sliders

Ingredients
- Pork shoulder
- 1/2 cup vegetable stock liquid
- Salt
- Olive oil
- BBQ sauce
- Rolls
- Coleslaw
Instructions
- Remove skin from pork
- Rub pork with oil and salt
- Add 1/2 cup of vegetable stock liquid to slow cooker
- Place pork in slow cooker
- Cook for 6-8 hours on high
- After 6-8 hours shred pork with fork
- drain liquid
- Add BBQ sauce however much you like
- Cook skin in oven, rub with salt and oil
- Serve on rolls with coleslaw
