BBQ pulled pork sliders

  • Pork shoulder
  • 1/2 cup vegetable stock liquid
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • BBQ sauce
  • Rolls
  • Coleslaw


  • Remove skin from pork
  • Rub pork with oil and salt
  • Add 1/2 cup of vegetable stock liquid to slow cooker
  • Place pork in slow cooker
  • Cook for 6-8 hours on high
  • After 6-8 hours shred pork with fork
  • drain liquid
  • Add BBQ sauce however much you like
  • Cook skin in oven, rub with salt and oil
  • Serve on rolls with coleslaw
