Ingredients
Pork shoulder
1/2 cup vegetable stock liquid
Salt
Olive oil
BBQ sauce
Rolls
Coleslaw
Instructions
Remove skin from pork
Rub pork with oil and salt
Add 1/2 cup of vegetable stock liquid to slow cooker
Place pork in slow cooker
Cook for 6-8 hours on high
After 6-8 hours shred pork with fork
drain liquid
Add BBQ sauce however much you like
Cook skin in oven, rub with salt and oil
Serve on rolls with coleslaw
