Saucy Sausage

Ingredients
- 6 sausages
- 1 large Potato
- 2 large Sweet Potato
- 3 onions
- 1 cup of mixed frozen veg
- A handful of mushrooms sliced in quarters
- 1 tin of tomato soup
- 1 tin of crushed tomatoes
- A few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
- A dash of soy sauce
- A dash of sweet chilly sauce
- About a cup of bbq sauce
- Rosemary, Thyme and a bit of Ground Tumeric and Pepper
Instructions
- Boil sausages for about 10mins to get all the fat out of them. ( you dont have to do this, you can put them in raw, frozen or cooked if you like)
- Add all veggies, sauces and sausages to slow cooker.
- Put the lid on and cook on low for 6hrs or high for 4hrs
