Swedish style meatballs 5 0 5 2

Simple and easy to make. This was really tasty. There was loads of lush sauce so you could easily add more meatballs. Great served with hasselback potatoes.

All I can say is wow!!! This recipe is simply delicious 😋😍 Thank you for sharing it with us Joanne Pinnock, it is a real winner in our house 😊 I doubled the sauce ingredients as I was cooking 1kg of pork meatballs and used onion and garlic powders instead of salts. I also stirred through 300mls of sour cream before serving on fettuccine with crusty bread rolls 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
