Swedish style meatballs 0 0 5 0

Simple and easy to make. This was really tasty. There was loads of lush sauce so you could easily add more meatballs. Great served with hasselback potatoes.

  • Yields: 4 servings

Ingredients

Pork meatballs (I used 24 pre-made ones)

1 tin of condensed chicken soup

1 rich beef stock pot

1 cup of water

3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons of HP brown sauce

1 teaspoon of garlic salt

1 teaspoon of onion salt

Good sprinkle of allspice

2 heaped tablespoons of sour cream

Directions

1Mix all ingredients apart from sour cream together in slow cooker bowl.

2Add the meatballs.

3Cook on low all day (I did 8 hours on low).

4Stir in the sour cream about 30 minutes before the end of cooking.

5There was loads of lush sauce so you could easily add more meatballs.

6Great served with hassleback potatoes.
