Garlic corn on the cob
Buttery garlic corn cobs
Ingredients
- 4 corn on cob - chopped into fours
- 4 heaped spoons of minced garlic
- 200g butter chopped
Instructions
- Place half of the butter and garlic on bottom of slow cooker
- Then place corn in and place rest of butter and garlic on top of corn
- Cook for 7 hours on low , turning the corn at about half way

Oh my goodness this is the best we love corn on the cob but this is amazing. My son said he won’t eat it any other way. I didn’t have garlic so I just mixed garlic granules in the butter
What size spoon.?
I’d use heaped teaspoons
