  • 5L slow cooker


  • 9 half corn cobs (fresh) – This number can be adjusted to suit your needs
  • 1/3 cup mayonaise
  • 150 ml sour cream
  • 100 grams Feta (smooth and creamy, mild feta) – I use Lemnos brand
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning


  • Place corn cobs into slow cooker
  • Crumble over feta
  • Combine all other ingredients and pour over corn
  • Cook on low for 3hrs – mixing occasionally to coat well and break down the cheese as it cooks
