Summer sausage braise

- Yields: 6-8 serves
1Brown sausages and add to slow cooker,then brown onion and bacon and add to cooker.
3Mix in celery,garlic,tomatoes,wine and stock.
5Cook on low for 6 hours.
7Season salt and pepper,serve with crusty bread and salad.
