Ingredients
 

  • 12 -14 chicken or pork sausages
  • 10 small onions
  • 250g chopped bacon
  • 3 celery sticks chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 500g cherry tomatoes
  • 150ml dry white wine
  • 150ml veg stock.

Instructions
 

  • Brown sausages and add to slow cooker,then brown onion and bacon and add to cooker.
  • Mix in celery,garlic,tomatoes,wine and stock.
  • Cook on low for 6 hours.
  • Season salt and pepper,serve with crusty bread and salad.
