~~Peanut Butter & Caramel Chocolate Cake~~
Serving: 8
Ingredients
- 2 Cups SR Flour
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 teas Baking Powder
- 2 teas Vanilla
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 Cup Oil (any)
- 1 Cup Milk
- 3/4 Cup of Peanut Butter
- 100 Gram Block of Caramel Chocolate
- Topping..
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 Cup of Boiling Water
- Mix altogether
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together except Chocolate Block.Then spoon cake batter into lined SC.Break up chocolate and arrange around the batter,pushing down a bit on eack block.Then Slowly pour topping over cake batter gently.Place teatowel under lid & cook on HIGH For 2 hrs.My SC is a 3 litre...
