Summer sausage braise
- 12 -14 chicken or pork sausages
- 10 small onions
- 250g chopped bacon
- 3 celery sticks chopped
- 3 garlic cloves
- 500g cherry tomatoes
- 150ml dry white wine
- 150ml veg stock.
- Brown sausages and add to slow cooker,then brown onion and bacon and add to cooker.
- Mix in celery,garlic,tomatoes,wine and stock.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Season salt and pepper,serve with crusty bread and salad.
