EmailTweet 16 Full-screen Strawberry & Peppermint Christmas Fudge Christmas, Fudge December 7, 2014 Strawberry & Peppermint Christmas Fudge 5 0 5 1 Prep: 5 mins Cook: 2 hrs 5 mins 2 hrs 2 hrs 5 mins IngredientsStrawberry fudge/ 2 x 220g Cadbury white chocolate 1 can of condensed milk Tablespoon of unsalted butter Red food colouring Strawberry essence Peppermint fudge/ 2 x 220g Cadbury white chocolate 1 can of condensed milk Tablespoon of unsalted butter Green food colouring Peppermint essence Sugar crystals for topping Directions1Combine strawberry fudge ingredients and cook for 2hrs on low stirring every 10mins. 2In another slow cooker combine peppermint fudge ingredients and cook for 2hrs on low stirring every 10mins. 3Line a container with baking paper and spoon in half of the strawberry fudge. 4Place in freezer for 5mins and then remove to add half of the peppermint fudge. 5Repeat the freezer step and then add the next layers of fudge. 6Top with sugar crystals and set overnight in the fridge.
