Spiced plum and cinnamon chicken
- 500grams chicken
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 200ml plum sauce
- 2 cups water
- Cayenne pepper
- Cook chicken,1 cup of water, 150ml of plum sauce and cinnamon for 2-4 hours on high depending on slow cooker.
- Add spices (cinnamon, cayenne, chilli and cumin) to taste.
- Continue to cook for 6-8 hours on low.
- Serve with rice and drizzle with plum sauce to taste.
