Strawberry and Peppermint Christmas Fudge

Ingredients
 

  • Strawberry fudge/
  • 2 x 220g Cadbury white chocolate
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • Tablespoon of unsalted butter
  • Red food colouring
  • Strawberry essence
  • Peppermint fudge/
  • 2 x 220g Cadbury white chocolate
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • Tablespoon of unsalted butter
  • Green food colouring
  • Peppermint essence
  • Sugar crystals for topping

Instructions
 

  • Combine strawberry fudge ingredients and cook for 2hrs on low stirring every 10mins.
  • In another slow cooker combine peppermint fudge ingredients and cook for 2hrs on low stirring every 10mins.
  • Line a container with baking paper and spoon in half of the strawberry fudge.
  • Place in freezer for 5mins and then remove to add half of the peppermint fudge.
  • Repeat the freezer step and then add the next layers of fudge.
  • Top with sugar crystals and set overnight in the fridge. Enjoy!
