Strawberry and Peppermint Christmas Fudge
Ingredients
- Strawberry fudge/
- 2 x 220g Cadbury white chocolate
- 1 can of condensed milk
- Tablespoon of unsalted butter
- Red food colouring
- Strawberry essence
- Peppermint fudge/
- 2 x 220g Cadbury white chocolate
- 1 can of condensed milk
- Tablespoon of unsalted butter
- Green food colouring
- Peppermint essence
- Sugar crystals for topping
Instructions
- Combine strawberry fudge ingredients and cook for 2hrs on low stirring every 10mins.
- In another slow cooker combine peppermint fudge ingredients and cook for 2hrs on low stirring every 10mins.
- Line a container with baking paper and spoon in half of the strawberry fudge.
- Place in freezer for 5mins and then remove to add half of the peppermint fudge.
- Repeat the freezer step and then add the next layers of fudge.
- Top with sugar crystals and set overnight in the fridge. Enjoy!
