EmailTweet 0 Full-screen Spicy Italian Chicken in a Cream Cheese Sauce Chicken March 13, 2015 Spicy Italian Chicken in a Cream Cheese Sauce 0 0 5 0 Prep: 20 mins Cook: 6 hrs 20 mins 6 hrs 6 hrs 20 mins Yields: 6+ Ingredients1.5 kg Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts (cubed) 1 tsp Black Pepper 1 tbsp Italian Herbs 1 Medium Onion (chopped) 1 tbsp Minced Garlic 1 cup Lite Italian Salad Dressing 1 can 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup 1.5 cups Baby Bella or Button Mushrooms (sliced) 1/2 cup Water 250 grams Fat Free Cream Cheese Frozen or Fresh Vegetables (Optional) Directions1Combine all ingredients (except veggies) in your slow cooker and mix thoroughly. 2 3Turn on to low setting and cover and cook for 6hs. 4Half way through the cooking time stir again. 5 6If you find it too watery, roughly 30 minutes before you intend to serve add veggies and mix well.
