Ingredients

1.5 kg Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts (cubed)

1 tsp Black Pepper

1 tbsp Italian Herbs

1 Medium Onion (chopped)

1 tbsp Minced Garlic

1 cup Lite Italian Salad Dressing

1 can 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup

1.5 cups Baby Bella or Button Mushrooms (sliced)

1/2 cup Water

250 grams Fat Free Cream Cheese

Frozen or Fresh Vegetables (Optional)

Directions

1Combine all ingredients (except veggies) in your slow cooker and mix thoroughly.

3Turn on to low setting and cover and cook for 6hs.

4Half way through the cooking time stir again.

6If you find it too watery, roughly 30 minutes before you intend to serve add veggies and mix well. The amount you add is entirely up to you.

8If you don't wish to add them you can always serve the veggies as a side dish.

10Serve with a fresh tossed salad.
