Ingredients
1.5 kg Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts (cubed)
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Italian Herbs
1 Medium Onion (chopped)
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
1 cup Lite Italian Salad Dressing
1 can 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1.5 cups Baby Bella or Button Mushrooms (sliced)
1/2 cup Water
250 grams Fat Free Cream Cheese
Frozen or Fresh Vegetables (Optional)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients (except veggies) in your slow cooker and mix thoroughly.
Turn on to low setting and cover and cook for 6hs.
Half way through the cooking time stir again.
If you find it too watery, roughly 30 minutes before you intend to serve add veggies and mix well. The amount you add is entirely up to you.
If you don't wish to add them you can always serve the veggies as a side dish.
Serve with a fresh tossed salad.
