chicken,prawn,mushroom creamy pasta
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts cubed
- 4 bacon rashers sliced
- 500gms precooked prawns shelled
- 2 red onions diced
- 1/2 red capiscum cut up roughly
- 1/2 cup sliced leek
- 2 springs onion sliced
- 200gms sliced mushrooms
- 1 tray semi dried tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic sliced
- 1/2 handful thai basil sliced
- 11/2 red chilli deseeded and sliced
- 200nls chicken stock
- 1/2 bag precooked pasta
- 1 block of philly chees
- 1 cup cream
Instructions
- Place everything into slow cooker except prawns,cream and pasta.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.Stir once in awhile.
- Half a hour before serving add cream and prawns.
- Ten minutes before serving add precooked pasta
