1- Thaw frozen turkey roast overnight in refrigerator
2- Place skin side up in slow cooker
3- Rub in dry French Onion Soup mix
4- Add the gravy from the packet that comes with the turkey breast (or 3 tablespoons of Bisto granules)
5- Pour in 1 can of cranberry sauce
7Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or until internal temperature of the turkey roast is 82C or 170F (test with meat thermometer).
9Slice and serve with the gravy.
