EmailTweet 0 Full-screen Roasted Turkey with Cranberries and Gravy 4 Ingredients or LESS!, Christmas, Turkey April 15, 2015 Roasted Turkey with Cranberries and Gravy 0 0 5 0 Prep: 5 mins Cook: 7 hrs 5 mins 7 hrs 7 hrs 5 mins Yields: 8 x 6oz servings Ingredients1 48-oz frozen roast turkey (white and dark meat) 1 packet Lipton French Onion Soup mix 1 400g can of Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce Optional: 3 tablespoons of Bisto gravy granules if the turkey does not come with the packet of gravy Directions1- Thaw frozen turkey roast overnight in refrigerator 2- Place skin side up in slow cooker 3- Rub in dry French Onion Soup mix 4- Add the gravy from the packet that comes with the turkey breast (or 3 tablespoons of Bisto granules) 5- Pour in 1 can of cranberry sauce 6 7Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or until internal temperature of the turkey roast is 82C or 170F (test with meat thermometer). 8 9Slice and serve with the gravy.
