Ingredients
1 48-oz frozen roast turkey (white and dark meat)
1 packet Lipton French Onion Soup mix
1 400g can of Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
Optional: 3 tablespoons of Bisto gravy granules if the turkey does not come with the packet of gravy
Instructions
- Thaw frozen turkey roast overnight in refrigerator
- Place skin side up in slow cooker
- Rub in dry French Onion Soup mix
- Add the gravy from the packet that comes with the turkey breast (or 3 tablespoons of Bisto granules)
- Pour in 1 can of cranberry sauce
Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or until internal temperature of the turkey roast is 82C or 170F (test with meat thermometer).
Slice and serve with the gravy.
