A rustic homestyle bolagnaise made from scratch
6 hrs 20 mins
1kg Lamb (any cut you have, I used lamb chops)
1 Tablespoon Wholegrain Mustard
1 Teaspoon Pesto
1 400g Tinned diced tomatoes i used olive oil and garlic variety
Worcestershire Sauce to taste
Lemon Pepper to taste
2 Bay Leaves
1 Tablespoon Reduced Salt Beef Stock
Garlic to taste
1Place tinned tomatoes in the slow cooker
2Add Garlic and all other ingredients in the slow cooker and mix to incorporate everything
3Place Lamb in the slow cooker with the other ingredients
4Put lid on slow cooker
5Cook on low for 6 hrs or high for 3 hrs
1Cooking times are only a guideline as all slow cookers cook differently.
2I used a Ronson oval 6 litre so make sure you adjust cooking time to suit your cooker.
