Lamb Bolognaise
A rustic homestyle bolagnaise made from scratch
Ingredients
- 1kg Lamb (any cut you have, I used lamb chops)
- 1 Tablespoon Wholegrain Mustard
- 1 Teaspoon Pesto
- 1 400g Tinned diced tomatoes i used olive oil and garlic variety
- Worcestershire Sauce to taste
- Lemon Pepper to taste
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1 Tablespoon Reduced Salt Beef Stock
- Garlic to taste
Instructions
- Place tinned tomatoes in the slow cooker
- Add Garlic and all other ingredients in the slow cooker and mix to incorporate everything
- Place Lamb in the slow cooker with the other ingredients
- Put lid on slow cooker
- Cook on low for 6 hrs or high for 3 hrs
Notes
- Cooking times are only a guideline as all slow cookers cook differently.
- I used a Ronson oval 6 litre so make sure you adjust cooking time to suit your cooker.
