Spicy gingerbread fudge. Tastes just like gingerbread batter!

Ingredients

600g white choc

1 can condensed milk

1tbs butter

1tbs brown sugar

2-3 tsp ground ginger

1tsp ground nutmeg

1tsp cinnamon

Directions

1Place all ingredients in slow cooker on low with lid off for 50-60mins stirring regularly (my cooker does fudge quickly so you might need longer).

2Follow the usual fudge recipe rules: stir regularly and thoroughly, once it sets on top it's ready.

3Pour into lined tray, or silicone molds.

4Refrigerate overnight, then cut into desired pieces.

Notes

1I sprinkled some home made gingerbread on top.

2 Taste after everything has mixed together nicely and adjust spices to your liking,. I like my gingerbread to bite back so added 4tsp ginger but I feel most would like less.
