Sweet and Spicy sticky Chicken
Easy and very taste Sweet and Spicy sticky chicken. Chicken can be changed into turkey or pork. Make it as hot/spicy as you want by adding/removing chili flakes.

Ingredients
Meat
- 4 chicken breast, skinless and chopped.
Spicy Rub
- Cumin
- Paprika powder
- Chili flakes to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Marinade
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves grated garlic
- 1 spring onion or small some finely chopped leek
- Chili flakes to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop the chicken into pieces, turkey or pork works well too.
- Mix equal amount of paprika powder and cumin. Add chili flakes, salt and pepper to taste.
- Put the chopped meat into the spices so the meat is covered.
- Mix the marinade
- Add the meat in the Slow cooker and poor over the marinade.
- Stir well, need to make sure it all meat is covered.
- Cook on high for 2-3 hours or until the sauce is thick and sticky. Took me 2½ hours.
- When done serve it with rice and vegetable.

I had to add an extra tablespoon of honey as it wasn’t very sweet, perhaps I overdid it with the spices. I also added cornflour at the end as the sauce was not thick.
