Place all ingredients in slow cooker on low with lid off for 50-60mins stirring regularly (my cooker does fudge quickly so you might need longer).
Follow the usual fudge recipe rules: stir regularly and thoroughly, once it sets on top it's ready.
Pour into lined tray, or silicone molds.
Refrigerate overnight, then cut into desired pieces.
Notes
I sprinkled some home made gingerbread on top.
Taste after everything has mixed together nicely and adjust spices to your liking,. I like my gingerbread to bite back so added 4tsp ginger but I feel most would like less.
