2 hocks (about 500g)
1 stubbie beer (i used Carlton mid)
1 cup honey
2 tsp garlic
1/4 med cabbage
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 tsp sugar
3 tsp black pepper
4 potatoes for mash
2Place all ingredients in sc and cook on low for 7 - 8 hours
5Place all in a hot pan and cook quickly. If sauerkraut doesn't have enough bite to it add in small amounts of extra pepper and vinegar. If too bitey add a little extra sugar
7Serve hocks, kraut and mash

Amazing! Reduced the broth to a gravy and was fab!! Had it like pulled pork
