Vietnamese Pork Chops with Watermelon Salad

Vietnamese Pork Chops with Watermelon Salad 4 0 5 1

Pork chop marinade

2 shallots sliced thinly

1/4 cup reduced salt soy sauce

2 Tbsp fish sauce

2 Tbsp sugar

1/2 tsp hot chilli sauce

4 med thick cut chops approx 2 cm (pork belly or spare ribs would work just as well)

1/2 cup honey


2 Tbsp rice vinegar

1 tsp soy sauce

2 spring onions

1/2 tsp sugar

4 cups rocket

2 Tbsp oil

2 cups seedless watermelon rind removed diced chunky

Ground black pepper



1Pork chops

2Place everything in the sc and cook low for 3 - 4 hours.



5Whisk vinegar, soy sugar and oil together. In salad bowl place rocket and watermelon, and dressing. Season to taste and toss lightly
