Beer & Honey Marinated Pork hocks with cheats sauerkraut

Ingredients
- Pork
- 2 hocks (about 500g)
- 1 stubbie beer (i used Carlton mid)
- 1 cup honey
- 2 tsp garlic
- Sauerkraut
- 1/4 med cabbage
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 tsp black pepper
- 4 potatoes for mash
Instructions
- Pork
- Place all ingredients in sc and cook on low for 7 - 8 hours
- Sauerkraut
- Place all in a hot pan and cook quickly. If sauerkraut doesn't have enough bite to it add in small amounts of extra pepper and vinegar. If too bitey add a little extra sugar
- Serve hocks, kraut and mash

Amazing! Reduced the broth to a gravy and was fab!! Had it like pulled pork
