Warming and tasty
2 hrs 10 mins
2 large bananas,sliced
400 ml tin of coconut milk
1 litre vanilla flavoured almond milk
3/4 cup tapioca pearls
3/4 cup coconut sugar
1Add all ingredients into slow cooker.
2Stir to combine.
3Cook on high 2 hours
1Will be runny when ready, but will firm on cooling in the fridge.
2Coconut sugar can be replaced with another sugar if preferred.

This was amazing only made half the recipe as there is only the 2 of us and that was more than enough. Can’t wait to make this again
