Ingredients
2 large bananas,sliced
400 ml tin of coconut milk
1 litre vanilla flavoured almond milk
3/4 cup tapioca pearls
3/4 cup coconut sugar
Instructions
Add all ingredients into slow cooker.
Stir to combine.
Cook on high 2 hours
Notes
Will be runny when ready, but will firm on cooling in the fridge.
Coconut sugar can be replaced with another sugar if preferred.
