Banana coconut tapioca pudding
Warming and tasty
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 2 large bananas,sliced
- 400 ml tin of coconut milk
- 1 litre vanilla flavoured almond milk
- 3/4 cup tapioca pearls
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into slow cooker.
- Stir to combine.
- Cook on high 2 hours
Notes
- Will be runny when ready, but will firm on cooling in the fridge.
- Coconut sugar can be replaced with another sugar if preferred.
