1Sauté oil, sweet potato, onion, carrot, garlic, salt, pepper for 2-3 minutes.
2Add thyme, ginger, zucchini, celery, sauté 2-3 minutes.
3Add lentils, soup mix, sauté 2-3 minutes.
4Add cumin, turmeric, stock, water.
5Cook on high 4 hours.
6Add almond milk, spinach, parsley.
