Tomato and garlic sausages and veggies
Serving: 8
Ingredients
- 22 sausages
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 carrots peeled and chopped
- 3 parsnips peeled and chopped
- 1 tin condensed tomato soup
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp mint sauce
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Put sausages in slow cooker.
- Add onion, carrots and parsnips.
- In a separate bowl mix condensed tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, mint sauce, bbq sauce, tomato sauce, mint sauce and water.
- Mix sauce together and pour over the top and stir through.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Will serve on mashed potato.
- Made in a 6L slow cooker

When your sick and wanting something hearty but also quick for dinner this is it! Lots of garlic to help kick this sickness away aswell.
Was yummy and so easy too…nice change to the curried sausages we always have…will make it again maybe a little bit more sauce to cover it would have been better but overall nice
