22 sausages

1 onion chopped

3 carrots peeled and chopped

3 parsnips peeled and chopped

1 tin condensed tomato soup

3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp mint sauce

1/2 cup BBQ sauce

1/2 cup tomato sauce

2 tsp minced garlic

1/4 cup water


1Put sausages in slow cooker.

2Add onion, carrots and parsnips.

3In a separate bowl mix condensed tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, mint sauce, bbq sauce, tomato sauce, mint sauce and water.

4Mix sauce together and pour over the top and stir through.

5Cook on low for 8 hours.

6Will serve on mashed potato.

7Made in a 6L slow cooker
