Tomato and garlic sausages and veggies

Ingredients
 

  • 22 sausages
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 carrots peeled and chopped
  • 3 parsnips peeled and chopped
  • 1 tin condensed tomato soup
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp mint sauce
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Put sausages in slow cooker.
  • Add onion, carrots and parsnips.
  • In a separate bowl mix condensed tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, mint sauce, bbq sauce, tomato sauce, mint sauce and water.
  • Mix sauce together and pour over the top and stir through.
  • Cook on low for 8 hours.
  • Will serve on mashed potato.
