Fresh Apple Turnover

Serve with icing sugar and whipped cream , it can be served cold or warm
I cooked this in a 1.5 lt slow cooker
The apple does still have a very slight crunch to it, if you want it ‘stewed’ then simply cook it longer
I have also used this filling and made apple pies as well using a pie maker
